Notice: Device compatibility also varies from country to country. eSIM on the iPhone is not offered on the mainland of China. For example, iPhones XS, XS Max, and XR sold in China, Macau, and Hong Kong are not eSIM compatible (dual SIM phones with two physical SIM slots).
If you have a Turkish-produced device and it prevents you from installing our eSIM, please have your device restored to factory settings first according to the instruction mentioned here: https://support.apple.com/tr-tr/HT211023 (Turkish language) or https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211023 (English language). We are working on expanding this list as much as we can; we're committed to enabling anyone, anywhere, to stay connected.

Notice: Your device must be unlocked. You can check with your carrier to see if there is anything you can do to unlock the eSIM in your device. Within one device model there can be devices both with eSIM technology and without. Please check your device before the purchase.
How many eSIMs can I have on my device?
eSIM-compatible devices allow you to install multiple eSIMs. This means you can have one physical SIM card and 1, 2, 3, 4, or even 12 eSIM plans. The maximum number of eSIMs you can have on your device depends on the device and its manufacturer. While only one eSIM data plan can be active at a time, it only takes a few seconds to switch between them.
Important Note for Customers:
Before purchasing an eSIM plan, it's crucial to ensure that your device is not locked to your original carrier. A carrier-locked device will prevent the installation of eSIM plans from other providers. To check if your phone is unlocked, please follow these simple steps:
Go to Settings > General and tap on About.
Scroll to the Carrier Lock section. If it displays "No SIM restrictions," your device is unlocked and compatible with our eSIM plans. If you see any other message, your device may be locked to your current carrier.
If your device is locked, we recommend contacting your current carrier to request an unlock before proceeding with your eSIM purchase. This will ensure a seamless installation and activation process of your new eSIM plan with us.
